Thomas Courtad Jr. Posted on October 27, 2016 0 CAREY — Thomas P. Courtad Jr., of Carey, died at 7:22 p.m. Monday, Oct. 24, 2016 in the emergency room at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay. He was 61. A Mass of Christian burial is at 11 a.m. Friday at the Basilica of OLC with the Rev. Ray Mallett, OFM Conv., officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Carey, with military graveside rites conducted by the New Riegel Honor Guard.
