Baker Jr., Wharton, died at 5:42 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, 2016 at the Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was 94. A graveside service will be held at 20:30 a.m. Friday at Wharton Richland Union Cemetery. A full military service will be conducted by the Upper Sandusky Veterans Guard. Memorial contributions may be made to Beech Grove Wesleyan Church in care of Clark Shields Funeral Home, 301 S. Patterson St.,Forest OH 45843.
