Ivan Lee Parsell Posted on April 5, 2017 0 Ivan Lee Parsell, died Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at his home. He was 76. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home, Upper Sandusky, with the Rev. Les Bowling officiating. Burial to follow at York Street Cemetery, Wyandot County, where the Upper Sandusky Veterans Color Guard will conduct military graveside rites. A memorial service will be Sunday at Eagle Rock Church, 6810 Blacklick Eastern Road, Pickerington. Memorials may be made to Eagle Rock Church and may be sent to Lucas-Batton, 476 S.
