Kieffer, age 96, of Upper Sandusky, passed away at 11:19 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28, 2018, at at the Fairhaven Community, Upper Sandusky. A memorial service for Irven E. Kieffer will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Trinity UCC, Upper Sandusky, with the Rev. Brad McKibben officiating. Military rites will be conducted outside the church immediately following the service. Visitations will be held one hour before service time Sunday at the church with a Masonic memorial service to be held prior to service time.
