Thomas J. “Tom” Rall Posted on October 23, 2018 0 Thomas J. “Tom” Rall Thomas J. “Tom” Rall, age 84, of rural Nevada and formerly of Upper Sandusky, passed away Sunday, Oct. 21, 2018, at his home in Nevada. Funeral services for Tom Rall are 11 a.m. Thursday at Community Christian Center with the Rev. Bill Williamson officiating. Burial will follow at Old Mission Cemetery. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky and for one hour before service time Thursday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Christian Center or the Upper Sandusky Police Department and may be sent to Lucas-Batton, 476 S. Sandusky Ave. Upper Sandusky, Ohio, 43351.
