The Upper Tree is back

Based at the front of Stepping Stones Park in Upper Sandusky, “The Upper Tree” is back for round two now that Thanksgiving is over.

Area residents are invited to decorate the tree with their own decorations and post on “The Upper Tree” Facebook page.
