Funeral services for Richard Fox will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Upper Sandusky. Visitation is 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Wesley Chapel of the United Methodist Church and can be sent to Lucas-Batton, 476 S.
