Palmer, age 103, formerly of rural McCutchenville, died at 8:05 a.m. Friday, Jan. 25, 2019, at the Inn at Westbrook, Upper Sandusky. Funeral services for Florence are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery, Seneca County. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
