Elaine Seiler Posted on February 25, 2019 0 Elaine Seiler Elaine Seiler, age 80, of Upper Sandusky, died Friday Feb. 22, 2019, at Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Visitation is 5-7 p.m. today at Bringman Clark Funeral Home. A graveside service is 11 a.m. Tuesday at Old Mission Cemetery with Dennis Livingston officiating with additional visitation before the service from 10-10:45 a.m. at the funeral home.
