Health Dept. to hold COVID-19 vaccine clinic this Friday

A vaccine clinic is 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Friday at the Wyandot County fairgrounds dining hall. The Moderna vaccine will be offered. A limited quantity of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine will be available.
Monday, Wyandot County Public Health reported eight active cases of COVID-19 in the county. The cumulative case count since March 2020 is 2,345, including 1,799 lab-confirmed cases and 546 probable cases. Two patients are hospitalized for COVID-19. There have been 56 deaths and 2,281 patients have completed isolation.
Sunday, the Ohio Department of Health reported 1,108,902 confirmed and probable cases, 60,177 hospitalizations and 20,166 Ohio resident deaths.
