Visitation is 3–7 p.m. Wednesday at Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home, Carey. A service is 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home following the visitation, with the Rev. Melanie Martin officiating. Military services will be conducted by the Carey Honor Guard following the service to honor his 20 years of service to the country.
