Carl Burks Posted on July 3, 2023 0 CAREY — Carl David Burks, of Tiffin, died at 2:08 a.m. Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at The Willows of Tiffin. He was 90. Visitation is 4-7 p.m. Thursday at Stombaugh-Batton Funeral Home in Carey. Carl’s funeral service is 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with Pastor Phil Moredyke officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery in Carey, with military graveside rites conducted by the Carey Honor Guard.
