Cecelia Meisner Posted on March 4, 2024 0 SYCAMORE — Cecelia “Brownie” A. Meisner, formerly of rural Tiffin, died at 5:48 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024, at The Willows at Tiffin. She was 93. A memorial service for Cecelia is noon Saturday at Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, with the Rev. Darrin Harvey officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery, Sycamore.
