A celebration of life service for Tina Rinker will be held at 1 p.m. July 23 at Lucas Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, with Pastor John Kibbler officiating. Visitations will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 23 at the funeral home.
