MARION — Nearly 450 members and guests attended the annual membership meeting of Mid-Ohio Energy Cooperative on April 12 at Elgin High School. Members enjoyed refreshments while learning about Mid-Ohio Energy’s programs and services before hearing reports on the state of their cooperative and learning the results of pre-meeting voting for trustees.

The Upper Sandusky High School DECA student marketing association recently concluded a sales project, partnering with Shirley’s Popcorn in Bluffton. USHS junior and senior marketing students sold a variety of gourmet popcorn products to raise funds for the club’s activities.
