In Thursday’s edition of the Daily Chief-Union, U.S. Army veteran Paul Creger’s name was mispelled in the list of veterans memorialized with banners in downtown Upper Sandsuky.

Hope Morris In Saturday’s paper, the All-Daily Chief-Union cross country team had the wrong headshot for Upper Sandusky’s Hope Morris. Morris, a freshman, finished with a 21:23 average time on the season. She was fifth in the N10 race to earn first-team honors and also qualified for regionals individually. Monday’s edition of the Daily Chief-Union incorrectly identified the vehicle of a driver in a crash that occured Saturday on North Warpole Street. Roger S. Schlack, was the driver of a 2008 Ford F-250. The driver of the 2012 Hyundai Elantra was Barry L. Harmon, who was cited in the incident.

In an article in Wednesday’s edition regarding the Wyandot County Museum’s Veterans Day display, the Daily Chief-Union incorrectly listed Thomas F. Swinehart’s middle initial and death place. The article was correct according to the museum display, but a family member  called in to correct the record. Swinehart died at Riverside Hospital in Columbus.

In the judgments rendered in last week’s common pleas court listing, Mary K. Lust is the correct name of one of the plaintiffs in a case settled and dismissed against Grange Mutual Casualty Co.

A headline in an article about McCutchenville’s Trinity United Church of Christ’s pork tenderloin dinner incorrectly identified the church as Trinity UMC. The dinner is 4:30-6:30 p.m. Oct. 10 at the church.
