BUCYRUS — Once Steve Mohr received the superintendent’s position at Wynford Local Schools, he knew he did not want any other job. In fact, he wishes he was he could remain as the district’s leader, but his health is not allowing it.

Pictures from surveillance video have been used to identify a couple that stole an unidentified amount of electronics from the Upper Sandusky Walmart store. Police have not located the suspects, but they have been able to get names for a man and a woman seen walking out a rear fire exit door with various electronics, according to Upper Sandusky Police Officer Jared Lucas.

SYCAMORE — Mohawk students are on Christmas break this week. However, that didn’t stop members of the Warriors boys basketball team from showing up at school early on their day off Tuesday morning.

Marijane Cole recently celebrated her 90th birthday. Shortly after that, the Sycamore resident was diagnosed with terminal cancer and hospitalized for a short time before being moved to Fairhaven Community for a rehabilitation stint to regain her strength.
