First Koda Bear Festival to be scheduled in Upper Sandusky A local family is planning a festival in July to raise funds for parents affected by stillbirths, while also raising awareness about a common but isolating condition. Law enforcement combine efforts to form special response team Since October, the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office special response team has been meeting bi-monthly for two-hour training sessions at various buildings and offices in the county. Currently, the team is comprised of 10 members of law enforcement and is a joint effort between the WCSO and the Upper Sandusky and the Carey police departments, forming a multi-agency team.
