The Upper Sandusky Fire Department will hold its 10th annual food drive from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday to benefit the Christian Food Center in Upper Sandusky. Firefighters will be stationed at A&A Grocery, Save-a-lot and Walmart and they will accept any food donations as well as monetary donations.

FINDLAY — Nicholas Reid, of Upper Sandusky, recently was initiated into The University of Findlay’s chapter of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society, the nation’s oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society.

All ages are welcome to join the library for a modern holiday classic about an elf’s journey from the North Pole to search for his biological father as he spreads laughter and holiday spirit along the way.

The Friends of the Library will hold its annual Secret Santa Shop from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Dec. 9 at the Upper Sandusky Community Library. Children will be able to shop for affordable gifts for the whole family and have them gift-wrapped by FOL volunteers.
