Community Thanksgiving service set at Mudd Church The annual community Thanksgiving service, sponsored by the Upper Sandusky Area Ministerial Association, is scheduled for 7 p.m. Nov. 25 at Emanuel United Church of Christ, 13989 TH 127, Upper Sandusky. Heating help available FINDLAY — The Home Energy Assistance Program winter crisis program will continue through March 31 or as long as funds remain available. The winter crisis program was created to provide financial assistance, one time per heating season, to income eligible households who are threatened with disconnection of their heating source, have service already disconnected, need to establish new service, transfer service or have less than a 25 percent supply of bulk fuel.
