Red Cross blood drive hits goal

The American Red Cross recently hosted a blood drive at the Upper Sandusky Elks Lodge, exceeding its goal of 50 units of blood with 53 donations. Milestone donations were Shelby Curry, 1 gallon; Carolyn Walkins, 6 gallons; JoAnn Clinger, 9 gallons; and Jon Rieser, 15 gallons.

Council on Aging to host holiday bazaar

The Wyandot County Council on Aging will host its annual holiday bazaar and rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 12 and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 13 at Senior Connection, 124 S. Sandusky Ave. Along with the rummage sale, items for sale will include handmade gifts and baked goods.
