Heritage Baptist Church recently hosted vacation Bible school with a theme of “The King of My Heart.” A tent revival is planned for 6-8:30 p.m. Aug. 9-12 at 519 N. Seventh St., Upper Sandusky.

The Sandusky State Scenic River advisory council will host a grand reopening celebration for the historic Indian Mill Bridge from 1-4 p.m. Saturday. The council said the bridge restoration project, which was completed earlier this summer, was an “excellent example” of historic preservation completed with minimal impact to the Sandusky State Scenic River.

SYCAMORE — The Mohawk Community Library will host Ohio author and historian Tad Fitch at 2 p.m. Saturday. Fitch will discuss the Titanic.
