Bristoll family gathers

WHARTON — The family of Ray V. and Flossie (McEvoy) Bristoll recently gathered for a reunion with a carry-in meal at the residence of Tom and Naneen Kotterman. Bob Bristoll offered prayer before the noon meal.

Taylor Paulus and Eric McNutt, both of Upper Sandusky, are the parents of a girl, Scarlett Lynn McNutt. She was born at 11:59 p.m. Friday, July 24, 2015 at Wyandot Memorial Hospital.

Indian Mill Bridge grand reopening set

The Sandusky State Scenic River advisory council will host a grand reopening celebration for the historic Indian Mill Bridge from 1-4 p.m. Saturday. The council said the bridge restoration project, which was completed earlier this summer, was an “excellent example” of historic preservation completed with minimal impact to the Sandusky State Scenic River.
