TOLEDO — The American Red Cross has announced several upcoming blood drives for Wyandot County in the days surrounding the Independence Day holiday.

HARPSTER — The public is invited to attend the 52nd Independence Day observance at 12 p.m. July 4 at John Green Cemetery near Harpster. Elizabeth Needles will read the Declaration of Independence. FOREST — The Forest Tree Town Festival will host the 11th annual classic car and truck show July 10 at Gormley Park. Registration will be from 4:30-7:30 p.m. and the entry fee is $10 per vehicle, with checks being payable to the Tree Town Festival.
