WILMINGTON — Deon Morter, of rural Sycamore, has been named to the dean’s list at Wilmington College for the spring semester. Morter is a junior studying agriculture. To be eligible for the dean’s list, a student must be enrolled full time and maintain at least a 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
