Christmas Forever to host open house

Christmas Forever Village Gifts and Antiques will host an open house from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 16-18 at 11671 CH 42. Door prizes will be offered. The business is located at the intersection of U.S. 23 and CH 42. For more information, call 419-294-8848.

CHIP mtg. set Oct. 19

There will be an informational public meeting for all Wyandot County and city of Upper Sandusky residents interested in taking advantage of the recently funded Community Housing Impact and Preservation program. There will be funds available for private owner rehabilitation and owner home repair.

Regional planning canceled

The Wyandot County Regional Planning Commission meeting scheduled for Thursday has been canceled due to a lack of agenda items. The next meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Nov. 19 in the assembly room at the Wyandot County Courthouse.

Pizzazz open house set Thursday

Pizzazz, a new business at 228 S. Eighth St., will host an open house from 4-7 p.m. Thursday. Refreshments will be served. Owner Connie Surowicz has owned Upper Sandusky Curves for about six years. In the past, she has rented out the space that now holds Pizzazz, a retail and gift shop.

Dance studio to add art classes

Simple Gifts Dance Studio is adding Draw With Me Art Classes by Bob Nichols inside its new studio space beginning Oct. 5. An open house and registration for the classed are set for 5-7 p.m. today at Simple Gifts, which is located at 100 S. Warpole St.
