McClure appointed to WMH board Robert McClure, of Upper Sandusky, was appointed to the Wyandot Memorial Hospital Board of Governors by the Joint Township Hospital District Board of Trustees to represent the community at large. McClure is the executive vice president and chief operating officer at The First Citizens National Bank, where he is responsible for all operations of the bank, including branch locations, human resources, marketing and the First Citizens Financial Services Group.
