Administered by WSOS Community Action Commission, Fremont, Ready to Work is a comprehensive career education and employment program that offers education, assessment and testing, coaching, support services and job-placement assistance to participants looking to train for and enter a new career.

The purchase connects grain and soybean farmers with new, global markets while advancing Smithfield’s commitment to supply chain sustainability and proving the benefits of its vertically-integrated structure, according to a press release from the company.
