Man accused of attacking Wyandot Co. Sheriff Mike Hetzel pleads not guilty A New Riegel man accused of attacking Wyndot County Sheriff Mike Hetzel was arraigned Friday in county common pleas courtr. Joshua B. Risner, 30, pleaded not guilty to a second-degree felony charge of escape and assault, a fourth-degree felony.
