Mark Alan Reed, 40, 335 S. Sandusky Ave., Upper Sandusky, cook; and Boyd G. Miller, 59, 335 S. Sandusky Ave., Upper Sandusky, retired, Nov. 4.
Linda M. Conley, registrar of vital statistics at the Wyandot County Health Department, reports there were 10 births and nine deaths in the county during September. Births include two females and eight males; deaths include five females and four males. Thirty-eight certified birth and 40 certified death certificates were issued. Seventeen burial permits were issued.

Jefferson L. Billock, Carey, charged by the police with domestic violence, amended plea to no contest, finding deferred pending pre-sentence investigation. Steven J. Schlack, Carey, charged by the Carey police with assault, pre-trial held, continued to Oct. 26.

Robert A. Boden, Wharton, charged by the state with assault, previous not guilty plea filed. Aaron R. Hollanshead, Upper Sandusky, charged by the sheriff with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of open beer in a motor vehicle, continued to Nov. 9.
