Voters will have an opportunity to choose between candidates in a variety of races in Wyandot County during the Nov. 3 general election, while some other races are uncontested. In Carey, incumbent Mayor Steven W. Smalley, a Republican, will face Chad Daniel Kin, a write-in candidate with no party listed on the certified candidates sheet provided by the Wyandot County Board of Elections.

Each municipality and township in Wyandot County will have seats open for the November election, and the Wyandot County Board of Elections says it has not received notice from many candidates of their intent to run.
