The Upper Sandusky High School musical tells that story in “Guys and Dolls” at 7:30 p.m. March 21-24 and 2:30 p.m. March 25. Hailed as the perfect musical comedy, the award-winning classic gambles with luck and love under the bright lights of Broadway.

The Upper Sandusky High School wind ensemble competed in Class C and earned the top overall rating of superior in the Ohio Music Education Association Large Group Adjudicated Event on Friday at Oak Harbor, qualifying the group to advance to the state event at the end of April.

SYCAMORE — Mohawk High School will present “Once Upon a Mattress” at 7 p.m. March 16 and 17 and 2 p.m. March 18. “Once Upon A Mattress” takes place in a kingdom faraway. The King, Sextimus (Alex Lersh) is under a curse and has lost his ability to speak.

TIFFIN — The Tiffin Gospel Music Association will present three events in Wyandot County in March. A gospel sing and dinner featuring HeartSong, Chris Baldwin and Jimmy Bloomfield is March 10 at The Village Restaurant, 435 N. Warpole St., Upper Sandusky. Dinner is set for 5 p.m., with singing from 6-8 p.m.

BUCYRUS — The Crawford Theatre Company will present the comedy, “The Queen of Bingo,” at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Wynford Elementary School, 3300 Holmes Center Road. Where can two sisters on the other side of 50, who want to add a little zest, fun and excitement to their lives, find it?

CAREY — The Carey High School choir invites all alumni back to perform a concert April 14. All alumni of Carey High School choirs are asked to join for the rehearsals and the performance.

MARION — Palace volunteer advisory committee members will meet with potential Palace volunteers during an orientation session at 10 a.m. Jan. 27 in the Palace Theatre. The Palace hopes to build a volunteer corps with people ranging from juniors in high school to retirees who wish to give back to the community.

TIFFIN — You've never heard of them, but hey, they’ve never heard of you either. The Nobodies of Comedy is a chance to see the funniest up-and-coming comedians in America, and they are performing at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at The Ritz Theatre, 30 S. Washington St., Tiffin.

FINDLAY — The University of Findlay’s spring 2018 Faculty Art Exhibition is taking place through Feb. 2 in the Virginia B. Gardner Fine Arts Pavilion’s Lea Gallery. A public reception will be held from 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday at the gallery.
