EH440 to sing at UF

FINDLAY — Canadian a cappella group EH440 uses five voices and zero instruments to create one exciting new vocal sound. The group will grace the University of Findlay’s Alumni Memorial Union from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 16 as part of the school year’s Music Bach’s Concert Series, which is free and open to the public.

‘Upside Down Broadway’ on Palace stage

MARION — Local musicians and talented vocalists will take the stage to present “Upside Down Broadway — A Musical Revue” at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday in the Palace Theatre’s May Pavilion. The entertaining show is loaded with intimate solos, fun duets and rousing group numbers of America’s favorite Broadway songs including “Out Tonight” from “Rent,” “I Want to Be a Rockette” from “Kicks: The Showgirl Musical,” “Popular” from “Wicked,” “Wait for It” from “Hamilton,” “Corner of the Sky” from “Pippin” and “Seize the Day” from the musical “Newsies,” among others.

Mummies show date changed

TIFFIN — Due to a scheduling conflict, the Here Come the Mummies performance at The Ritz Theatre in Tiffin that originally was scheduled for March 4 has been rescheduled for 7:30 p.m. March 25. Back by popular demand, Here Come the Mummies is an eight-piece funk-rock band of 5,000-year-old Egyptian mummies.
