Charlie Daniels band to play in Tiffin

TIFFIN — The Charlie Daniels and will perform at 7:30 p.m. April 2 at the Ritz theatre, 30 S. Washington St., Tiffin. From his Dove Award winning gospel albums to his genre-defining Southern rock anthems and his CMA Award-winning country hits, few artists have left a more indelible mark on America’s musical landscape than Charlie Daniels.

USHS presenting ‘Hairspray!’

Upper Sandusky High School is set to perform the musical “Hairspray!” at 7:30 p.m. today through Saturday and at 2:30 p.m. Sunday. The show is under the direction of Julia Massara and Ron Boose, along with music director Reid Barth, choreographer Kelli Stephens and student assistants Kaytlyn Graver as student director and Hope Voorhees as stage manager.

How to Succeed in Business

SYCAMORE — Mohawk High School will showcase the musical “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying” at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday in the Performing Arts Center. A satire of big business and all it holds sacred — including power, ambition and greed — it is a parody of a young businessman and his triumph amid the big business world.
