Mohawk to stage ‘How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying’

SYCAMORE — Mohawk High School will showcase the musical “How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying” at 7 p.m. March 11-12 and 2 p.m. March 13 in the Performing Arts Center. A satire of big business and all it holds sacred — including power, ambition and greed — it is a parody of a young businessman and his triumph amid the big business world.

Wild Kingdom host coming to OSU

ADA — Ohio Northern University’s Freed Center for the Performing Arts will present Peter Gros of “Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom” for shows at 2 and 7:30 p.m. March 12. On “Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom” on Animal Planet, Gros provides the link between the original series, for which he served as co-host, and the new specials.

‘The Monster Who Ate My Peas’ set in Findlay

FINDLAY — The Arts Partnership will present a performance of “The Monster Who ate My Peas,” a family musical at 3 p.m. March 13 at Winebrenner Auditorium located at 950 N. Main St. in Findlay. Based on the multi-award winning book written by Danny Schnitzlein and illustrated by Matthew Faulkner, “The Monster Who Ate My Peas” tells the story of a young boy who doesn’t want to eat his peas.
