Employees share outreach specialist job responsibilities at Upper library The Upper Sandusky Community Library Board discussed several topics during its monthly meeting Thursday afternoon. Library Director Kathleen Whitt reported the library no longer had an adult outreach/programs specialist, but several employees had enthusiastically stepped up to spread some of the responsibilities of the position between different departments. Sycamore to send out notices to properties that need maintenance SYCAMORE — Sycamore residents not taking care of their property will soon receive notice from the village following Tuesday’s village council meeting. Councilwoman Summer Rhoad reported from the housing committee that a list of people not mowing, taking care of weeds and leaving large amounts of trash in their yards had been compiled and letters will be sent to the addresses.
