Kirby Festival set for this weekend KIRBY — The annual Transfiguration of the Lord St. Mary’s/Kirby Festival will take place from 2 p.m. to midnight Saturday and 2-10 p.m. Sunday in Kirby. Saturday’s theme is “Adult Night Out.” The Kirby off-road 5K will begin at 9 a.m., taking runners into the country through trails in the woods of a parishioner and back, organizer Curt Frey said.
