Producers enrolled in Agriculture Risk Coverage or Price Loss Coverage must protect all cropland and noncropland acres on the farm from wind and water erosion and noxious weeds. Producers who sign ARC county or individual contracts and PLC contracts agree to effectively control noxious weeds on the farm according to sound agricultural practices.

MARION — An Upper Sandusky woman was injured in a fatal two-vehicle accident Sunday morning. The Marion Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol said in a press release that the accident took place at 9:38 a.m. Sunday.
