Carey School Board approves 5-year contract for superintendent CAREY — The Carey Exempted Village Schools Board of Education on Monday approved a five-year contract for superintendent Mike Wank. Wank’s new contract runs from Aug. 1, 2018 through July 31, 2023. He has served as Carey’s superintendent since Mark Vehre retired in 2013.
