Upper man found unresponsive in jail after overdose Emergency medical technicians administered Narcan to revive an Upper Sandusky man who was found unresponsive after a drug overdose while he was being booked into the Wyandot County Jail Sunday night. Charges are pending against Warren J. Two injured in motorcycle crash Two people were hospitalized with serious injuries after a motorcycle crash on a highway on ramp just west of Upper Sandusky on Monday evening. Dana L.
