Wyandot County officials look to refurbish veterans grave markers Local officials and Veterans Heritage Foundation members met Thursday to discuss the beginning of a project to restore gravestones of Wyandot County veterans to their original state. The three Wyandot County commissioners, former commissioner Mike Wheeler, County Highway Superintendent Dave Courtad, Salem Township Trustee Ken Derr, foundation Director William Savidge, foundation Treasurer Tom Eyestone and foundation members Ben Morris and Jim Sharrett met at Inman Cemetery to discuss the best way to restore the gravesite of Reuben Inman. New stop signs popping up railroad crossings throughout Wyandot Co. Motorists will need to be aware of their surroundings when approaching railroad crossings as new signage may have been placed some sets of tracks.
