MARSEILLES — The process to decommission the Killdeer Reservoir located near Marseilles has begun, according to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources.

Upper Sandusky City Council welcomed its newest member, received an update on a major infrastructure project and approved the first reading of three pieces of legislation Monday evening. Mayor Scott Washburn swore in Ken Wessler, whom the mayor appointed two weeks ago after a non-binding recommendation from council.
