A Carey man faces up to 36 months in prison after pleading guilty on Thursday to discharging a firearm on or near a prohibited premises. Trevor H. Niederkohr, 13640 CH 4, pleaded guilty to the third-degree felony in exchange for getting the firearm specification dropped.
