The Wyandot County Board of Developmental Disabilities prioritized capital improvement projects Thursday evening after a tour of Angeline School and Industries with maintenance and transportation supervisor Jason Heilman.

CAREY — The Dorcas Carey Public Library is working on a project to digitize school yearbooks starting from the year 1924 to the present. The OCI Records Conversion Yearbook Project is a free digitization program that has enabled libraries to preserve local academic history by digitizing collections of high school annuals at no cost.

An Upper Sandusky man was seriously injured when the all-terrain vehicle he was driving was struck by his trailer after the two separated on Ohio 293 in Richland Township on Wednesday.

TIFFIN — The Mental Health and Recovery Services Board of Seneca, Sandusky and Wyandot Counties will host a Walk to Recovery from 10-11 a.m. Oct. 3 at Tiffin’s Hedges-Boyer Park.

The Carey Fire Department responded to the scene and extinguished the fire.
