When the new school year begins this month, some second-grade students in the Upper Sandusky Exempted Village School District are likely to have a new tool at their disposal thanks to a partnership with a local bank and the hard work of their teacher.

The 12th annual Party at the Park will take place from 4-7 p.m. Friday at Harrison Smith Park in Upper Sandusky. The free event is sponsored by the Wyandot County Youth Commission and the Salvation Army.
