Officers responded to a report of a suspicious woman the morning of June 11 in the 100 block of North Warpole Street. Officers assisted with a disabled vehicle the afternoon of June 11 in the 800 block of North Sandusky Avenue.
Stephan R. Benner, Forest, was arrested on a bench warrant the morning of June 15. Deputies responded to a private property accident the afternoon of June 15 in the 10000 block of CH 44.
Breanna M. Donald, Elyria, was cited for window tint and charged with possession of marijuana the night of June 9 after a traffic stop on U.S. 23 near the East Wyandot Avenue exit ramp.
Upper Sandusky Police Department Zaki N. Halaoui, Columbus, was cited for window tint and warned for no front plate after a traffic stop on U.S. 23 the night of June 9. Heather N. Davis, Custar, was warned for insufficient exhaust the night of June 9 after a traffic stop on U.S. 23 near CH 121.
Deputies assisted with a report of a person with mental problems the afternoon of June 14 on U.S. 30 near TH 103.
Nicholas J. Halliday, Findlay, was cited for assured clear distance ahead the afternoon of June 13 after an accident on U.S. 23 near Ohio 53. Halliday was entering U.S. 23 in a 2006 Camry when he got distracted and rear-ended a 1998 GMC Jimmy operated by Tonya M. Stinchcomb, Upper Sandusky, who was traveling in the same direction and was stopped for traffic.
