Brian P. Bolen, Findlay, was transported from the Seneca County Jail to the Wyandot County Jail before a pre-trail hearing the afternoon of April 17. He was returned to the Seneca County Jail after the hearing.
Four vehicles were reported broken into the morning of April 17 on South Hazel, West Johnson and South Eighth streets. Officers assisted Upper Sandusky Emergency Medical Services the afternoon of April 17 in the 100 block of Duck Pond Road.
Several vehicles were reported broken into Friday morning in the Ohio Cat parking lot in the 1800 block of East Wyandot Avenue, Upper Sandusky, and deputies responded to reports of vandalism to vehicles Saturday morning in the village of Wharton in separate incidents.
Thomas J. Penwell, Upper Sandusky, was arrested on a warrant the afternoon of April 14 for failure to pay child support. A woman reported tax fraud the afternoon of April 15 in the 7000 block of Shawnee Street, Harpster.
Officers issued parking tickets for parking where signs prohibit the morning of April 15 in the 100 block of West Wyandot Avenue. Officers assisted a woman locked out of her residence the morning of April 15 in the 500 block of Betty Lou Street.
