CAREY — Stephen H. Walter, of Upper Sandusky and formerly of Carey, died at 11:03 a.m. Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Wyandot County Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was 64. Born Sept. 18, 1951 in Carey, he was a son of the late William M. and Frona M. (Stone) Walter.

FOSTORIA — Rick A. Weinandy, of Alvada, died at 7:03 p.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at St. Catherine’s Care Center, Fostoria. He was 54.

FOREST — Diane M. Beltz, of Forest, died at 6 a.m. Monday, March 7, 2016 at her residence. She was 67. Born July 2, 1948 in Bainbridge, she was a daughter of the late Nelson and Helen (Lansing) Penwell. She married William C. Beltz and he survives in Upper Sandusky.

KENTON — Matthew George Henry Seyfang, of Kenton, died at 11:37 a.m. Monday, March 7, 2016 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. He was 87.

CAREY — Sally E. Clark (Walter), of Sycamore, died at 5:13 a.m. Sunday, March 6, 2016 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, due to complications related to her ovarian cancer and surrounded by her family. She was 67.

CAREY — Jeffrey Lee Snook, of Vanlue, died at 11:40 a.m. Sunday, March 6, 2016 after battling cancer. He was 60. Born Sept. 24, 1955 in Upper Sandusky, he was a son of the late Lucille (Horne) and Richard Lee Snook Sr.
