FOREST — Ruslan Butumbayev, of Forest, died Monday, Dec. 21, 2015 at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He was 54.

Lee W. Kellogg, of Forest, died at 1:05 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015 at Blanchard Place, Kenton. He was 89.

Ronald W. Frederick, of Sycamore and formerly of Upper Sandusky, died Monday, Dec. 14, 2015 in the emergency room at Bucyrus Community Hospital. He was 69.

ELYRIA — Cecil Booth, of Vermilion, died Sunday, Dec. 13, 2015 at the Ohio Veteran’s Home in Sandusky. He was 80. Born July 23, 1935 in Murray, Iowa, he was a son of the late Orville and Geraldine (Dunffee) Booth. He married Linda Vetter and she survives. They enjoyed 40 years of marriage.

SYCAMORE — Richard A. Craig, of Alvada, died at 10:01 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2015 at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay. He was 56. Born May 17, 1959 in Fostoria, he was a son of the late Duane and Mary Evelyn (Schaffert) Craig.

Edwin W. Pool, of Upper Sandusky, died at 1:05 p.m. Monday, Dec. 14, 2015 in the emergency room at Wyandot Memorial Hospital. He was 79.

SYCAMORE — Barbara M. Babcock, of rural Sycamore, died at 10:03 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2015 in the emergency room at Wyandot Memorial Hospital, Upper Sandusky. She was 66. Born July 30, 1949 in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Leo P. and Violet (Johnson) Gallant. She married James M. Babcock on Sept. 27, 1969 and he survives.

BUCYRUS — Naomi R. VanBuskirk, of Upper Sandusky, died Sunday, Dec.13, 2015 at Fairhaven Community. She was 86. Born Feb. 5, 1929 in Bucyrus, she was a daughter of the late Otto J. and Gladys (Hoker) Grasley.
