Lillian M. Koehler, of Upper Sandusky, died at 12:07 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, 2015 in the emergency room at Wyandot Memorial Hospital. She was 74. Arrangements are pending at Bringman Clark Funeral Home.

Schuyler “Scotty” Ruttmann, of Upper Sandusky, died at 1:10 p.m. Monday, Oct. 12, 2015 at his residence. He was 95. Born July 26, 1920 in Pierre, South Dakota, he was a son of the late Stallard Charles and Dorothy Mae (Rutterford) Ruttmann.

Diane L. Swihart, of McCutchenville, died Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015 at her residence. She was 60. Born Nov. 13, 1954 in Upper Sandusky, she was a daughter of Emily (Caldwell) Swihart, who survives in Upper Sandusky, and the late Eugene Swihart.
