Schuyler “Scotty” Ruttmann, of Upper Sandusky, died at 1:10 p.m. Monday, Oct. 12, 2015 at his residence. He was 95. Born July 26, 1920 in Pierre, South Dakota, he was a son of the late Stallard Charles and Dorothy Mae (Rutterford) Ruttmann.

Diane L. Swihart, of McCutchenville, died Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015 at her residence. She was 60. Born Nov. 13, 1954 in Upper Sandusky, she was a daughter of Emily (Caldwell) Swihart, who survives in Upper Sandusky, and the late Eugene Swihart.

GREENVILLE — Joanne J. Bailey, of Greenville, died Sunday, Oct. 11, 2015 at her residence. She was 79.

MARION — Gary L. Evans Sr., of LaRue, died Friday, Oct. 9, 2015 at Marion General Hospital. He was 59. Born Feb. 28, 1956 in Marion, he was a son of the late George W. and Charlotte (Edwards) Evans.

William Lee Archer, of Upper Sandusky, died Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2015 at the Fairhaven Community. He was 79. Born Feb. 25, 1936 in Dover, he was a son of the late Columbus and Hazel (Mallet) Archer.

Thelma June Bowling, of Findlay, died at 10:05 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2015 at Heritage Nursing Home, Findlay. She was 78. Born June 27, 1937 in Grayson, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Everett and Dorothy B. “Mam” (Prichard) Shearer.
